In this case, the organization will advance their services. The firm will reduce cash that was wasted on non-performers (Milkovich, George, Newman, and Gerhart 52).
Evaluation makes is simple to manage workers because departments will be introduced within organization. This process also identifies employees who have the capacity to handle tasks. This makes it simpler for the organization to appoint the best manager. Evaluation will empower employers to determine the right payments for various positions within the organization upon considering the work performed. Evaluation also enhances security and discretion of the organization. This is because the employer can identify a person he or she can trust. This is simple because job evaluation brings out character traits and abilities of the employees (Milkovich, George, Newman and Gerhart 57).
