Rachel decides to create a more appropriate chain of supply that she thinks would match what she is believes to be an increase in the number of customers visiting her café. With the lack of logistics to match her claims, Rachel’s takes a bold step to order more of the supply that end up going bad.
From the case study of Rachel’s café, we can conclude the importance of logistics to match the supply is critical for any business. From the case, Rachel assumed that her business was growing bit dint have something to prove that indeed the business was showing a positive response.
